We carried a pig to processing the week and I picked up some new products. We now have bratwurst and chorizo. I have cooked them both but still have some more experimenting to do. I have heard of some good recipes to try. We also have lots of ground pork as well.
We started pulling tobacoo this week so everyone is pretty tired and worn out for the first few days or week. Ground pullings are always pretty tough.
